Ensermu Workneh · Pointing to Freedom

SELF: The Last Suspect
See the “self” for what it is — and freedom is no longer something to reach. It’s what remains.
A clear, modern pointing to freedom. See through the thinking mind’s identity, and step out of the cell of habit and fear.
Put the false self on the stand, and walk free
See through the “I”
Recognise how identification with thought creates suffering.
Return to presence
Practical invitations to rest as awareness, here and now.
Drop the masks
Release roles, labels, and the inner prosecutor.
Live from freedom
Clarity, love and quiet courage without a constructed self.
Not more self-improvement. The end of needing it.
This book blends the accessibility of personal growth with the depth of non-duality. Vivid stories and contemporary metaphors carry each chapter, and the reflective prompts do not add another project for the self. They dissolve the need for one.

About the author
Ensermu Workneh
Ensermu was born in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and grew up during the socialist era, shaped by Orthodox Christian tradition and a richly mixed society. Those early years planted an unspoken search for freedom that only grew stronger with time. In 2004 he moved to Britain and built a new life from the ground up, while learning from globally acclaimed teachers and authors. Along that path came what felt like a true birth: the awakening into freedom and truth. Today he writes, teaches, and points people toward authentic living.
